The Norfolk Series​ 

With family connections in Norfolk, it was inevitable that the landscape around the north coast should inspire Andrew. In these paintings and prints, Andrew endeavours to record the cool colours and the clear crisp light of the area, with the big skies and the open flat landscape. His influences for these works have come from Pissarro and Sisley, with their subtle use of rustic, natural greens and tranquil, cool blues. His painterly approach is particularly evident in the skies, water and foliage.
